Mickey Rourke was robbed of an Oscar! He really deserved it for this film. This movie was about fame, fortune and regret. The breakdown of the body and a fading stars attemp to hold on to the past instead of evolving into something better. The story line was moving. It was a little too graphic at times - but that is just not my thing. The filming however was adequate at best. Whoever was shooting seemed like an ameteur - all the bouncing around made me dizzy.
